What Tver Wants: the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Programs on the Urban District Image

The purpose of the specified final qualification work - the analysis of influence of of corporate social responsibility programs on an image of the district of Tver. The theoretical basis of studying of geographical images and the concept of corporate social responsibility have been studied and analysed within the research. The analysis of activity business of the companies of the city of Tver has been carried out, those organizations are allocated which in the course of implementation of such programs exert impact on city space. In an empirical part of work the residential district "Yunost" of the city of Tver and implementation of the "What Yunost wants " project - one of the CSR programs have been in detail studied and also deep interviews with 10 residents of the residential district for identification of an image of Yunost are conducted. And on the basis of all the obtained data conclusions are drawn on what characteristics and properties of an image of the residential district the "What Yunost wants" project has exerted impact.
