Dynamic Correlated Equilibrium
Double degree programme in Economics of the NRU HSE and the University of London
This paper is dedicated to a new equilibrium for dynamic games. The equilibrium’s idea is based on the combination of the ideas of correlated equilibrium and subgame perfect equilibrium. Along with the review of relevant literature dedicated to the correlation in sequential games, this paper introduces two new equilibria and presents examples and formal definitions which describe those equilibria. Dynamic correlated equilibrium expands the set of stable outcomes of dynamic games and differs from similar solution concepts in compatibility requirements and convenience of use.
