The Problem Trends in Leasing Market

In this paper, the advantages of using leasing as a whole, the most significant factors influencing the development of leasing both in Japan and in general, were also identified, as well as a forecast was made for the future period of the leasing market in Japan, which is the 2nd largest in terms of leasing operations in Asia, after China. As a result of conducted empirical work on the analysis of factors that adversely affect the development of leasing and the prospects for the development of the leasing market, it was found that: the forecast for the future period of leasing transactions will be negative, the most significant negative factors affecting the development of the leasing market are taxation, depreciation and laws regulating leasing transactions. Also the patterns that provides by the main negative factors were discussed.
