As it is well known scientific centers in Russia appear to be undervalued. In this work, one of the most important and internationally known organization was considered – Kourchatovsky Institute. The goal was to develop economically-proved assessment system for evaluation of impact of the Institute, as one does not have it nowadays. The model was developed on the basis of Kourchatovsky data and some rare comprehensive studies, using various simulation tools.
