In connection with the difficult external economic situation in Russia, which arose after the introduction of sanctions, the problem of insolvency was again actualized, which follows from the reports on the work of arbitration courts on the examination of bankruptcy cases. The author will investigate the procedures for financial recovery and external management, which can be introduced by the arbitration court with the aim of restoring the solvency of the legal entity, as well as the procedure for restructuring the debts of a citizen and realizing the debts of a citizen. A few words will also be said about the settlement agreement, which is a peaceful way of settling the dispute and can be concluded at any stage of the bankruptcy case.
