The Legal Regulation of the Sports Medicine and the Health Protection of Persons Going in for Sports

The paper is aimed to investigating and analyzing the legal regulation in the sphere of professional sports. As one of the significant problems relating to the legal regulation of medical aspect in the sphere of competitive sports remains the lack of unified acts in the sphere, the general purpose of this project is to examine existing problems and to provide the possible solutions. The wide range of various scientific methods, such as applied research methods, methods of comparative law studies, deduction and induction will serve the purposes of the present study. This methodology serves for classifying existing legal regulation. As the scope of this research is filled with numerous missing pieces, the methodology will start taking a definitive shape as the study is progressing. The approaches suggested in the papercould be applied in addition to improve the existing legislation of the sphere.
