The topic of this thesis is “Development and Pilot Launch of a Cloud Solution Prototype for Continuous Performance Management”. The purpose of this research is to develop cloud solution prototype for continuous performance management business process optimization. To reach the stated goal the following tasks were completed: analysis of information technologies trends in human capital management domain, analysis of cloud technologies key benefits for continuous performance management, confirmation of the need to develop a new cloud solution for the continuous performance management, implementation of the conceptual solution prototype. The prerequisites and advantages of selecting design-thinking as a methodology for prototyping were elicited in a separate section of the research work.
