Lyceum Teacher as the System of Extracurriculum Activity Distributed Management

The aim of the master thesis is to develop a list of management tools for organization teacher’s activity in the distributed management of extracurriculum activity system. The study includes the theoretical part where special characteristics of extracurriculum are described, the approaches to definitions “distributed leadership” and “distributed management” are considered, and on the basis of the theoretical research the conclusion about the possibility of applying the distributed management to the extracurriculum activity system was drawn. The results of the empirical research are described in the second chapter. There were used such methods of empirical research like survey, content analysis and interview with teachers. Based on the results the conclusion about the high level of teachers’ proactivity in extracurriculum activity management was drawn. The main directions of the administrative support for teachers involved in the distributed management of extracurriculum activity are defined. According to the results of the theoretical and empirical researchthe algorithm of the organization the extracurriculum activity system according to the distributed management model was developed and described, as well as the recommendations for designing the programs of extracurriculum courses were outlined. The practical significance of the research is in possibility of applying the developed algorithm in order to increase of efficiency of extracurriculum activity realization.
