The relevance of the master's thesis topic «Supplier Selection Based on the Decision Tree Method in Conditions of Risk» is due to the fact that the success of both the supply system and the organization as a whole depends on the choice of product supplier and this choice must be made carefully.The purpose of the study is to use the mathematical method of the decision tree in risk when choosing a supplier of products for the company "Russian Textile".The object of the study is Russian Textile LLC, which is exposed to risks in the supply chain.The subject of the research is the risk management process when choosing a supplier of products for the organization Russian Textile LLC.The practical significance of this study is to conduct an applied study of the supplier selection process using an optimization mathematical model of a decision tree under risk.
