The paper is devoted analyze of IT service company «Makor-Service». The relevance of the topic is due to the increasing demand for IT services and the rapid growth in Russian realities. In the paper is analyzed the IT services market, the company's position on the market, internal business processes, including logistics. Also the problems that reduce the efficiency of the company and its profits are analyzed. The focus is on the strategy of inventory management. Moreover it were analyzed theoretical aspects of improving the strategy in the company, as well as the specifics for the IT services sector. In the third chapter, solutions for problems and economic efficiency after their implantation were developed and analyzed.
