Curatorial Technique as a Way to Overcome the Professional Isolation of Teachers (on the Material of Orthodox Schools in the Central Administrative District of Moscow)
Final qualifying work is devoted to the problem of the professional development of teachers by reducing the level of professional isolation within the team of an Orthodox school. The work complements the existing description of a modern Orthodox educational organization in Russia, examines the professional characteristics of teachers at such schools, clarifies the causes of the problem of isolation in a religious educational institution, analyzes the risks and threats that this phenomenon carries and predicts the benefits that the school receives reducing its level in the team. As a tool used to reduce the level of this phenomenon in an educational organization, a curatorial technique is used. The results of the research can contribute to the development of a professional standard for an Orthodox school teacher, and also be helpful in working on a model for the development strategy of Orthodox schools.
