Analysis of the Regional Model of Teachers Training

The work is devoted to the current problem of the management of the development of professional competences of teachers of educational organizations. The dissertation presents the analyzes of regional models of teacher training in the Russian Federation. It gives the index of quality of the educational infrastructure of regional systems of professional development of teachers, based on the study and analysis of contextual data of organizations conducted in 79 regions of Russia. Within the framework of the dissertation research the analysis of interrelation of the quality of the educational infrastructure of regional models of professional development and the level of methodical competences of teachers is carried out. Linear regression analysis is used to determine the factors influencing the level of the professional competence of teachers. The formed index of quality of educational infrastructure of regional system of professional development of teachers allows to correct the tasks of the educational policy at all levels in the context of implementation of the national teacher growth system. The work is of interest to a wide range of education professionals involved in the management of personnel policy.
