Pedagogical Leadership as а School Management Tool and an Object of Research
The article examines the instrument for assessing pedagogical leadership - a questionnaire by F. Hallinger. Numerous international studies show that the principal and his executive team determine the educational strategy of the school, promote its continuous and sustainable development, ensuring high educational results of students. In this regard, the purpose of the study was to justify the possibility of using this diagnostic tool in the work of the principal. The objectivity of the obtained results, their completeness, and the convenience of using the instrument are shown. The authors present the cases that obtained as a result of the application of the tool and discussions with experts.
