Operational Efficiency Project Management of a Metallurgical Company

The paper discusses the current problems of project management related to the process of managing projects implemented in the framework of the company's operating activities, using the example of a department of a metallurgical company. In the course of the work, an analysis of the current regulatory documentation on project management was carried out, the main problems associated with the project management of the department were identified and analyzed. The result of the research conducted in the work was the development of methodological approaches to improving the project management system of the department. Based on the developed proposals, the author has compiled a justification for the implementation of proposals for improving the functioning of the project management system in the organization.
