The aim of the diploma is to analyze the LNG market to identify the main trends in its development and the problems that companies and their joint projects may face. In this work will be considered the mechanism of financial instruments, in the particular of real options, as a solution to such problems. The purpose of applying these mechanisms in the management of LNG projects is flexible decisions in the face of uncertainty at the gas sales stage.
