The work is dedicated to development of a master’s degree program model focused on innovation and R&D activities of students. The main objectives of the project are: analysis of opinions from potential employers about which competencies are necessary of graduates that wish to leverage their technical education in managing R&D and innovations; analysis of professional standards; review of the best Russian practices in the field of innovative master's degree programs; development of an educational program.
