Development of a Search and Analysis System and a Website for the Social Network

Thesis on the theme: "Development of a search and analysis system and website for a social network" The object of the research work are: a search and analysis system and a website. The subject of the research is the architecture and the principle of building a search engine and a web interface. The aim of the study is to create a search engine for processing, classifying information and searching for data from a social network of events, as well as a user web interface for interacting with the system. Thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the study, sets the goal and objectives of the study, determines the object and subject of the study, lists the methods used. The first chapter contains the technologies and methods that will be used to build the web interface, namely: the React.JS javascript library will be discussed, on the basis of which the web application will be built; and also about the pattern — REST API; The second chapter describes the technologies on which the search and analysis system is built, namely: the language of the Python search system: its advantages and reasons for its use in analytical systems; Text mining direction and principles of working with textual information; leading libraries in natural language processing and data classification; and also about the search base of the melon ElasticSearch: its structure, positive aspects and principles of application. The third chapter is the practical part of the research work. It describes the solution to each of the tasks: it describes the architecture of the project, describes the structure of the website, gives detailed descriptions of the search engine algorithms and shows the results of testing the created applications. The conclusion contains the main conclusions and results of the thesis, the theoretical and practical value of the results.
