This paper will explore the practice of financial management among students living together and in a romantic relationship. In the literature, there are many works that study this topic among adult couples or families, but very little or no – among students. At the same time, modern students are a special category of people, different from the older generation. This can manifest itself and how they handle finances, living together. It is important to understand that today's students live in a slightly different time than older people lived as students. This leaves its mark on how they handle money and how they perceive it. Certainly changed attitude to money, and this is reflected in the management of them. I will study not just the topic of Finance among students, but the topic of Finance among students living together and in a romantic relationship. The status of students and, accordingly, a short period of cohabitation will be a feature of my respondents. We should not forget that they can both work themselves and receive assistance from their parents, which gives rise to another feature in their financial management. In my work, I hope to answer key research questions and find the ground for further work in this area.
