Gauss Decomposition for Reflection Equation Algebras

In this paper we construct Gaussian decomposition of the generating matrices of Reflection Equation algebra. In order to construct such decomposition a special non-central, so called spectral, RE-algebra extension is introduced. We consider multiparametric GL(2) reflection equation algebra as well as GL(3) RE-algebra.
