The Major Directions of Government Policies for Developing the Creative Industry

The purpose of the research in the master's thesis is to form proposals for improving the management practice of designing the regional state policy for the development of creative industries in St. Petersburg based on the results of evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of regional state policy measures on the basis of scientifically based methods of prognostic evaluation (ex ante evaluation). In the course of the research = in the master's thesis the main approaches to the definition of creative industries and their role in the process of social and economic development were revealed; the foreign experience of designing and implementing the state policy of creative industries development was analyzed; the comparative analysis of modern methods of economic assessment of creative industries development was made; the efficiency of implementation of the event on the development of creative industries of St. Petersburg "Creation of creative cluster of fashion industry and On the results of the research the proposals on the results of the evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness of the regional state policy to improve the management practice of the design of the regional state policy of development of creative industries in St. Petersburg are formed.
