Loyalty System Development for Self Carwash

This paper is focused on the study of the specifics of the loyalty system development for self-carwash. This researcher has built a theoretical basis for the subject matter, foreign and russian practices in the field of loyalty systems were analyzed, both for car washes and for self-carwash in particular. The results of in-depth interviews with users of professional car wash services are analyzed, surveys are reviewed to identify the relevance of loyalty systems for corporate clients, that is, for taxis, car parks, and so on. The study demonstrated the various possibilities of practical implementation of the system due to the comparative analysis of various development methods that was drawn in this paper. As a result, the value proposition was described, loyalty system development stages were shown, conditions and recommendations were proposed for further implementation.
