The Conception of Restorative Justice in Criminal Proceeding
2019
At the present stage of development of civil society, the formation of the rule of law in Russia, there is an urgent question of the development of criminal justice and the search for new approaches to both the assessment of crime and sentencing. This work is devoted to the research of the Institute of restorative justice. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study approaches to the resolution of criminal law conflicts on the basis of reconciliation, analysis of existing programs of restorative justice in foreign countries, confirmation of positive experience and justification of proposals in favor of the introduction of mediation in criminal cases in the criminal proceedings of the Russian Federation.
