This paper is devoted to the process of developing a system for evaluating the work of production employees based on statistical analysis. The object of the study is the process of evaluating the work of production staff. The subject of the study is an information system for evaluating employees based on statistical analysis. The scope can be considered the possibility of using the developed web application by any organization in order to improve production efficiency.
