Key Business Processes Analysis and Improvement

The situation in the market, customer expectations, production technology - all these factors have the strongest influence on any company. Therefore, each organization that seeks to maintain or improve its position in the market should regularly develop and implement measures to improve internal business processes. In this paper, a study was conducted containing a description, analysis and improvement of business processes on the example of the company. For this, the main theories, methods and analysis tools used to improve processes were reviewed. At the first stage, the main directions of the company's development were determined and the problems hindering this were identified. Next, a comprehensive analysis of business processes was carried out using the DMAIC methodology, a list of recommendations and a schedule of activities for process improvement were compiled.
