This paper presents a multi-factor model of the dependence of the yield of Russian corporate bonds on classical and specific determinants. In the process of creating this model, econometric methods were used, as well as data from the site Cbonds and data from Bloomberg. The main purpose of this work is to check the influence of classical determinants in the realities of Russian business, as well as the search for specific factors such as the education of the CEO, his experience in the company, percentage of men or number of representatives on the board of directors. Conventionally, this work can be divided into four parts: firstly, it is the analysis of works on classical determinants and the study of the latest works of scientists in this field, secondly, the description of methods and data panels used in the work and, finally, the main conclusions based on the constructed multifactor models related separately associated separately with classical determinants and specific factors.
