Innovation Activity as a Factor of Capitalization in Oil and Gas Companies of USA

Current works presents research about capitalization factors of United States of America. The approaches and models from Russian and foreign researchers were observed anD classified. Econometric model was build as well as its results were interpreted. The role of innovation activity in forecasting capitalization dynamics was explained.
