Malicious Evasion From Repayment of Creditor Debt

Crime in the economic sphere occupies a special place in Russian criminal law. This research is devoted to the consideration of malicious evasion from repayment of creditor debt under article 177 of the Criminal code. The relevance of the research based on that this crime is a very vital case that can occur in everyday life. This research describes the key aspects of the crime and the problems that may take place in the qualification. The work is divided into two chapters: “Preconditions of criminalization of malicious evasion from repayment of creditor debt” and "Objective signs of malicious evasion from from repayment of creditor debt". The first Chapter considers historical aspects of the development of this crime and social danger. The second Chapter considers the objective and subjective signs, also problems of qualification of malicious evasion from repayment of creditor debt.
