Application of Personnel Outstaffing in an Organization

The heads of the Russian companies often assign all functions to the company. They employ experts with the corresponding qualification in staff of the company. It causes a large number of problems connected with the high size of additional costs of personnel selection and trainings, decrease in company’s flexibility in human resource management and also focusing organization’s attention on profile area. Today personnel outstaffing is one of these problems’ solution. This research is devoted to the study of the features of implementation of personnel outstaffing model in a company. There are the reasons of application of personnel outstaffing, advantages and disadvantages, legal aspects and economic efficiency of personnel otstaffing. The result of the research is to develop recommendations of implementation of personnel outstaffing taking into account the features of building company and seasonal nature of its works.
