Assistance to Proceedings in International Commercial Arbitration by the State Court: Foreign and Russian Experience

The final qualifying work aims to explore various mechanisms of the assistance of the state court to international commercial arbitration. In work, the author formulates the concept of the assistance of the state court to international commercial arbitration, analyses the theoretical and practical mechanisms for its implementation in Russian and international practice. Structurally, the work consists of three chapters, introduction, conclusion, and bibliography. The first chapter is devoted to the study of the theoretical aspects of the interaction of the state court and international commercial arbitration, the second - the forms of assistance to the state courts of the Russian Federation in international commercial arbitration proceedings, and the third - the study of assistance mechanisms used abroad. The study presented in the last chapter addresses the issue of the possibility of implementing these measures in Russia. The number of researches in Russia and abroad are concentrating their studies on the current issue. To answer the main research question the author explores the works of N. Eryleva, V. Kanashevsky, S. Kurochkin, as well as foreign authors, including G. Cordero-Moss, A.Okubote, S.Strong.
