Development strategy of "Monkey Grinder" Coffee Shop Chain

Our research aims to study the main aspects of business development strategy including development and implementation of a new strategy. The project is created to highlight the importance of an effective development strategy for a company. The study will examine different types of business development strategies, assess a number of methods and tools for strategy analysis and development. The research will include the description of the current strategy of the organization selected, the review of the analytical methods, the proposal of changes that need to be implemented and the presentation of the desired results. The methods applied are theoretical analysis, the SPACE Matrix, the BCG Matrix Model and the Shell Directional Policy Matrix (the Shell Matrix / the DPM). They will provide data for the development and implementation of the new development strategy. The findings will be presented to the head of the organization and appropriate corrective actions will be taken.
