Female Representation on Leading Positions in Executive Power in Global Perspective

Current bachelor thesis is devoted to studying of the factors that contributed to the success of women, who came to the leading positions in the highest echelons of executive power in the 21st century all over the world. Using the method of Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA), we analyze all cases in which women have occupied the posts of president or prime minister since 2000 and conclude the main trends that are currently taking place.
