The Impact of State Regulation on the Labour Market of the Russian Federation in the Face of the New Industrial Revolution

This paper is devoted to studying the impact of further digitalization of production processes and industry, known as the “Fourth Industrial Revolution”, on the labor market of the Russian Federation and assessing the effectiveness of existing government measures in the context of the upcoming technological revolution. The study concluded that there are a limited number of scientific papers on public administration in the framework of the projected new industrial revolution, the author also identified the main measures influencing on the labor market in the context of innovative development, and using the correlation model the effectiveness of measures was evaluated. Corresponding to the results recommendations for the improvement of the administration quality are made. The hypothesis on the lack of effective management in the frames of the labor sphere technological challenges was confirmed.
