Labour Disputes Relating to Recovery of the Employee at Work

In this thesis author discusses the features of individual labor disputes related to the recovery of the employee at work. The author gives a detailed description of labor disputes related to the recovery of an employee at work, and also considers the controversial issues of the legal regulation of the procedure for reinstatement of an unlawfully dismissed employee to his previous job. In addition, the paper explores trends in the development of legislation on employee dismissal at the initiative of the employer and examined in detail the grounds for termination of an employment contract initiated by the employer, stated in the current Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The author, relying on the scientific literature, regulatory legal acts and judicial practice is trying to identify the gaps contained in the labor legislation of the Russian Federation and formulates proposals for its improvement.
