Logistics System Reorganization in the Case of McCain Marketing (Rus)

This paper is devoted to the reorganization of the logistics system of the company McCain Marketing LLC (Rus). The company's mission is to maintain competitiveness in the new market conditions. According to the existing strategy of the company - “leadership in the product”, in order to maintain market share, localization of production is necessary to reduce logistical costs. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the analysis of economic activities, economic activities, and logistics activities of the company “McCain Marketing (Rus)” company. In the second chapter, the theoretical aspects of the reorganization of the logistics system were discussed in detail. In the third chapter, the proposed algorithm for reorganizing the company's logistics system was implemented. Also, the warehouse service provider and carrier were selected. The final stage of this work was to assess the economic efficiency of the proposals developed.
