Social Media Marketing as an Element of the Real Estate Agency Promotion Strategy

Creating and maintaining brand loyalty is one of the central research topics for marketers for a very long time. One of the newest tools for maintaining brand loyalty on the part of customers is social media marketing. Subscription-based social networking platforms provide a level of targeting and understanding that is simply not available to traditional media. Users do not just come in and browse the news feed, they tell the platforms their name and place where they live, what they like and who they know, drawing the most vivid picture that is currently possible for marketers targeting specific consumers. This study focuses on promoting the services of real estate agencies in social networks. The purpose of the dissertation research is the formation of the concept of promoting the services of real estate agencies in social networks in Russia.
