The Impact of Economic Sanctions on International Commercial Arbitration

The thesis is devoted to the impact of economic sanctions on the international commercial arbitration. In the first chapter of the thesis, legal regulation and a doctrinal approach to the understanding of economic sanctions are studied in general, as well as the EU and US economic sanctions regimes against Russia are analyzed. The second chapter of the thesis is devoted to analysis of the impact of economic sanctions, including those imposed by the USA and the EU, on international commercial arbitration.
