The Mobile Banking Choice Service Development (for Private Customers)

The mobile banking as the way of interacting with the bank becomes more and more popular nowadays. The vast majority of banks provide easy, fast and high-performance remote solutions to do your transactions, check bank accounts, pay the bills and so on. Despite the wide range of mobile banking apps, the problem of choosing faces every private customer. To deal with the problem, this paper covers the development of the mobile banking online choice service: the service would ask a potential customer for his preferences and provide the list of the most suitable recommendations for him. The paper overview two big steps: collecting data and development. To collect the information about all mobile banking apps the manual research from web and questionnaire methods were used. With the help of Waterfall methodology and Software Requirements Specification template the steps of development were controlled.
