A theoretical study of the topic “Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Unauthorized Creation and (or) Changes in Real Estate in the Russian Federation” took place with a parallel proposal of necessary measures to increase the effectiveness of the institution under consideration. The conclusions of the work can be used by the legislator in reforming the institution of unauthorized construction.
