This work focuses on analyzing the emotional labor of the hairdressers during their chat with clients, focusing on their conversation. What is this conversation: responsibility or personal initiative? The study is conducted using such methods as observation, as well as interviews with hairdressers and clients. The work is based on the principles of grounded theory. The sample includes the salons that are characterized as base and standard classes, due to the relatively short time spent on creating the style, since, according to the experience, in salons of a more prestigious level, this process can be extended for the whole day or even a few days.
