System Development Of Interaction With IT Services

This research is motivated by the necessity for effective interaction with clients of the two companies, which share the same clients. Improving service quality is one of the main lines of development of any company that provides IT services. The purpose of the project is the design and development of a Service Desk that will satisfy all categories of users. The results will be useful not only to customers but also to researchers of IT Service Management, in particular, a study on establishing the unified system of interaction with customers for the two companies. The work consists of 3 chapters.

The first Chapter, "Analysis of the subject area", contains a description of the principles of IT Service Management, companies that have a necessity for interaction system and analysis of already used systems.

The second Chapter, "Designing a system of interaction with it services", includes a description of business processes, database design and user interface design.

The third Chapter, "Developing a system of interaction with it services", includes a description of the technologies used in the development, the stages of the development process and the results.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
