Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Regional Social Policy and Methods of its Control (on the Example of Belgorod Region)

At present, with the advent of professional social workers and other specialists in the field of social work, pedagogy, the formation and improvement of various social services, the possibility of creating such a system of social services that would meet the conditions and meet the requirements. To this end, it is necessary to effectively use the available market mechanisms.In addition, it is necessary to promptly take into account the changing demands and needs of the population and strive to increase the quality of people's living standards. For this, an effective state system of standards in the field of social protection of the population should be developed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of social policy at the regional level. On a wide range of sources, an attempt was made to analyze the regional social policy of the Belgorod Region and to identify potential areas for improving its effectiveness.
