The Issue of the Limits of Freedom of Creativity and Expression in the Music Industry

The final qualifying work examines the problem of limits of freedom of creativity and expression in the music industry. Work structurally consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of references. This paper is devoted to the analysis of the limits of creative freedom and freedom of expression in relation to musical works, identifying topical aspects on this topic. The first chapter of the final qualifying work considers the legal regulation of the freedom of creativity and freedom of expression in the music industry in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The second chapter analyses the limits of creative freedom and freedom of expression in the legislation of foreign countries and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. In the third chapter author examines topical issues related to the limits of freedom of creativity and freedom of expression in relation to musical works, namely censorship in the music industry, conflict of ethical standards and conflict rules with principles of freedom of creativity and freedom of expression in relation to musical works, presence of the music industry in the digital and open content environment. The final qualifying work is presented on 68 pages, using 66 sources.
