This research is devoted to the study, description and optimization of business processes of a multifunctional division. The widespread adoption of the BPM approach determines the relevance of work and the need to rebuild the vision of the company's divisions from the performance of individual functions into a workflow consisting of constantly measured and effective business processes in which each employee recognizes his or her contribution to the value chain.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
