The Impact оf the Job Training on Workers Salary in Russia

The master thesis is devoted to the problem of analyzing the assessment of the impact of additional professional training of workers. The purpose of this study is to assess the increase in employee wages after undergoing additional vocational training. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the impact of human capital and additional training on the growth of labor productivity and wages. The theoretical foundations of human capital, the concept, types, concepts and functions are being analyzed. It also describes the relationship between human capital and wage levels. In the second chapter, an analysis of the structure and dynamics of wages of workers, as well as an analysis of the assessment of the impact of additional vocational training on wages in the context of industries. The analysis is based on the data of the National Research University Higher School of Economics and the results of the first year. The third chapter examines the role of grades and certification on the example of an agency in the field of Internet marketing. An assessment of the impact of additional vocational training for wages of employees on the example of the grade system and certification was carried out.
