This paper presents one of the ways to digitize museum objects, namely photogrammetry, with the help of which the use of digital reality effectively contributes to the increase of information, and ultimately knowledge of cultural heritage with minimal costs. The purpose of this study is to develop guidelines and build a business process of streaming 3D digitization of museum objects. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to perform the following tasks: analysis of literary sources, technical characteristics of existing photogrammetry software, results of an experiment on model building, as well as the development of guidelines and building a business process of streaming 3D digitization of museum objects using theoretical methods (collecting data, analysis, comparison, modeling) and empirical (conducting experiment). The results of this work are a typical business process that reflects the main stages of creating a 3D model using photogrammetry technologies, and based on it a simulation model was created to detect bottlenecks for the purpose of further process optimization and methodological recommendations.
