Since a healthy banking system is the key to a prosperous and progressive economy, it is important to understand how to maintain it and what factors to pay attention to. Therefore, 125 of which were taken in the work, then 10 were selected, otherwise the sample would be unbalanced and logistic regression and a modern method-the random forest algorithm-were built. From a large number of signs and from a certain period of time, signs that were significant in the bankruptcy of banks were selected. Then, since the main criticism of the international assessment systems is the lack of macroeconomic indicators, they were included in the model. In conclusion, conclusions were given on the work, random forest gave a large range of features, summarizing the results of logistic regression. Recommendations were made for improving the requirements for quality of assets, assessing the macroeconomic scale and to take as an example foreign experience.
