This thesis is devoted to observe the specifics of innovation-driven development as a part of Xi Jinping's state police - what reasons and purposes behind this policy. Author observe main reasons and incentives in developing core technologies in the frame of current internal and external policy. The most significant programs and documents are compared. Special attention to the current Chinese government politics.
