Financing of International Investment Projects: Specific of Legal Regulation

For the purposes of the master’s thesis, the author analyzes the peculiarities of legal regulation of various methods of financing international investment projects: IPO, syndicated loans and project financing. In particular, the author examines possible limitations for the implementation of these methods of financing by a foreign investor. The author identifies shortcomings in the legal regulation of these methods of financing, as well as suggests ways of solving problems. In addition, the author formulates a new definition of project financing, based on the analysis of project financing implementation mechanism, defines the role of SOPF in project financing.
