Currency Control over Foreign Trade Activities in the Russian Federation

The study conducted within the framework of the diploma provides the analysis of Russian legal regulation for the control over the use of currency values in foreign trade activities as the mean of settlement. Since the object of the study involves international activities and includes a number of legal notions pertained to various fields of regulation, such as «currency control» and «international trade», the present research also contains an attempt to establish the definitions of designated terms that are the most appropriate for this research. The focus of the work is aimed to the methods of currency control over foreign trade activities in the Russian Federation, its ratio within international obligations of the state in designated sphere and the impact of economic interests of the Russian Federation on measures taken in the implementation of currency control in international trade. The basis for the work is Russian and international legislation and relevant judgments concerning currency control over foreign trade activities.
