Process Mining Using Augmented Reality

The aim of the study is to analyze the feasibility of the introduction of augmented reality technology in the intelligent analysis of processes using the example of a mobile application for identifying a company's business processes according to an event log and visualizing business models in augmented reality. To achieve this goal it is necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Analyze the scientific literature and relevant sources covering the following topics: a. Intelligent analysis of processes and the problem of visualization of complex processes b. Augmented reality technology and application examples in data visualization 2. Analyze the platform for the development of augmented reality products 3. Develop a mobile application for intelligent analysis of processes using augmented reality 4. To analyze the result and consider the application of the application in the practice of companies. The objects of research are the intellectual analysis of processes and augmented reality technology. The subject of the research is the possibility of integrating augmented reality technology into the intellectual analysis of processes. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the fact that for the first time the applicability of augmented reality technology to the intellectual analysis of processes was studied. The practical significance of the work lies in the possible application of the developed application when updating business processes and analyzing the activities of companies.
